Get the CLI

The Kore CLI allows you to interact with Kore from your terminal and within continuous integration pipelines. All features of Kore can be accessed equally from the UI and CLI.

To get the Kore CLI:

  1. Find the current version of the CLI binary for your operating system in the Releases Notes.
  2. Downloand and place the binary in a location defined in your path, for example ~/bin.
  3. Make the binary executable.

For example, the following downloads the v0.8.0 CLI binary to your ~/bin directory, and makes it executable. You can run the following and replace v0.8.0 with the version you want to download.

VERSION=v0.8.0curl -L https://storage.googleapis.com/kore-releases/${VERSION}/kore-cli-darwin-amd64 --output ~/bin/korechmod +x ~/bin/kore

To find help for any command, run kore help command, for example, kore help create cluster.
