Options​
-A, --all-workspaces Retrieve clusters across all workspaces
-h, --help help for cluster
--owned Retrieve ONLY clusters owned by this workspace
--shared Retrieve ONLY multi-tenant clusters shared with this workspace

--debug Indicates we should use debug / trace logging (default: false)
--force Used to force an operation to happen (default: false)
--no-wait Indicates we should not wait for resources to provision
