Compute Template Lifecycle

Compute templates follow a straightforward lifecycle: platform engineers create one or more templates, each tailored to a specific cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Each template is designed to meet specific developer needs, whether for high-performance or cost-effective node pool configurations.
All compute templates per cloud providers are available to a developer's workspace. Also see provisioning policies.
When updates are required, platform engineers make the necessary changes and new clusters can be created accordingly. No existing clusters will be affected by changes to a compute template.
